Elurevio LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

Free standard U.S. shipping is included with every order.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 5–11 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International Fulfillment

Although Elurevio LLC currently sells only to customers in the United States, an order may be prepared and shipped from outside the United States by a third-party fulfillment partner.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided after dispatch and sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking information may take additional time to become active after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.

Elurevio LLC is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner when appropriate.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video when requested.
